How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 7β14 business days from the day your order ships. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (MondayβFriday), so you can expect to receive your package within 1β3 weeks of placing your order.
You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey right to your door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $35 and over. For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to see the live status of your delivery.
If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of your order, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries β follow us on social media to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available!

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5β7 business days to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund β your choice, no questions asked.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! We'd love to help you find the right product. The easiest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Contact our team and we'll make the process as smooth as possible.

Will your products fit my stroller?
Most of our products are designed to be universally compatible with standard strollers. Each product listing includes detailed compatibility notes and dimensions to help you choose the right fit.
If you're unsure whether a product will work with your specific stroller model, just send us a message with your stroller brand and model β we're happy to help you find the perfect match.
Are your products safe for newborns?
Safety is our absolute top priority. All products in our store include age recommendations in their descriptions. Products suitable for newborns are clearly labeled β please always check before purchasing.
When in doubt, feel free to ask us β we're parents too and take this seriously.
How do I clean your products?
Care instructions vary by product and are included on each product page. Most of our fabric items are machine washable on a gentle cycle. For hard accessories, a damp cloth works great.
We've designed everything to survive the chaos of real family life β spills, mud, and all the rest.
