Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders $35 and over. For orders under $35, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

We currently ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding our shipping to other countries — follow us on social media to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available!

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no questions asked.

Care instructions vary by product and are included on each product page. Most of our fabric items are machine washable on a gentle cycle. For hard accessories, a damp cloth works great.
