Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Pro tip: Place your order before noon on a weekday for the fastest processing!
Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping takes 7β14 business days from the date your order ships (not the date it's placed). Most orders arrive within this window, though occasional carrier delays can occur during peak seasons.
Business days are MondayβFriday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Returns & Exchanges
Not happy with your order? No problem. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unused condition.
To start a return, please contact our support team at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and make it as smooth as possible.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5β7 business days of receiving the returned item
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and make sure you're taken care of β a replacement or full refund, your choice.
