If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging when possible

Damaged or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
